Abstract

 The research talks about one of the necessities and great purposes in Islam, which is the preservation of money. Tow of the widest areas of application are the markets and shops in which food, drink, medicine and everything that people need are sold. It is also related to enjoining what is good and forbidding what is wrong.

This responsibility is one of the state is authorities, namely the Financial control authority on commodities and prices This device is one of the tools and mandates of the state, it is related to its authority; Because it needs strength and in the absence of the Sultan this device is absent
