Abstract

 The research describes the conecept of current marriages of the Syrian refugees, and It shows the problems what , arising from the reality of Immigration on It also explains the resaulting jurisprudential judgment, which can be made by knowing How thes re fnyces entered the Other iountries and the limi tations imposed on them in those Countries, After that, correct legal judg ment the preakout of the Syrian Revolution 2011 .
