Criminal Adaptation of killing Syrian Detainees in the light of Caesar File (AComparative Study)

The study examines the criminal adaptation in actins including of the regime's officers, interrogators, and jailers - torture, and failure to provide health and medical care - which led to the death of thousands of detainees held in deadly conditions in the centers of the security services and military prisons. It also studies the availability of the elements of murder crime in these practices based on the evidence and effects that appeared on the photos of the detained victims that were included in the Caesar file. In addition,it talks about the criminal adaptation of this crime in the Islamic law, Syrian criminal law and international criminal law
