The Extent to Which Faculty Members at the University of Idlib Are Aware of Its Organizational Crises

This research aims to know the extent to which the faculty members are aware of the organizational crises at the University of Idlib in preparation for its future management. The research community included faculty members holding (PhD, master’s, and university degrees), and the sample law was used to determine its size based on the size of the community, where the sample reached (93) members, and the most important findings of the research were:
1- Idlib University suffers from organizational crises ranked from the most severe to the least ones: the student crisis (62.66%), followed by the buildings and equipment crisis (62.58%), the faculty members’ crisis (62.16%), and the planning crisis (61.26). %), followed by the management crisis (57.54%), the organizational structure crisis (57%), and finally the curriculum crisis (51.94%).
2- There are no statistically significant differences at the 0.05 level of significance in the research sample’s perception of the types of crises according to the variable (gender, educational qualification, respondent, age) at the University of Idlib.
