Abstract

this research explains the meaning of agricultural property determination, the opinions of ancient and contemporary jurists about agricultural property determination, the proof of each team and the two decisions of both Al-Azhar Islamic Research Centre and the Islamic Jurisprudence Centre in Jeddah regarding property determination, then the opinion that the researcher favored based on this study.
