Abstract

 As soon as some areas were liberated after the outbreak of AlSham Revolution, many people were observed seizing areas of land that were legally considered state property. Some justify to themselves that this land is, in Islamic legal terminology, wasteland. Then, what is the wasteland which is allowed to be revived? Is there wasteland that is legally permissible to be revived in the liberated areas? What is the attitude of the current authority of this land?
