This research was carried out in Kafar Yahmoul research station related to Idleb Research Center during the agronomic season 2021/2022, aiming to study the effect of foliar spraying of humic acid on some yield indicators.
The seeds were manually sown with a width of 50 cm per line and the distance of 25 cm between the plants, with 4 lines for each experimental unit and a length of 3 meters according to a randomizes complete block design. Humic acid was used in three concentrations (0,2,6) mL/L and two spraying dates (at the beginning of stem elongation and before the flowering inflorescences) with three replications for each treatment.
The results showed a significant superiority of the treatment (humic acid 2 mL/L) in the second date, with plant height of 106,3 cm , yield of seeds 539.0 kg/ dun, and productivity of petals 32.3 kg/ dun, and the harvest guide is 40,7 %, and the weight of a thousand seeds is 54,8 g, as for the first date. The first treatment (humic acid 6 mL/L) was significantly superior to the biological yield of 1218.9 kg /dun, and oil yield of 57.1 kg/ dun, with an oil content of 18,5 %.
