Abstract

 The research talks about one of the realistic jurisprudential issues, which are dictated by the relationship of Muslims with non Muslims coexistence, This issue is mixed between instinct and belief, the instinct advocate says: non Muslims who have good deads are peaceful to Muslims have good manners in are their dealings with them, or helpe them are praised for doing so, and their good deeds are praised during their lives and after their death, and the advocate of belief says: Although that person is reminded of his work and his position, this should not motivate the Muslim to enter him into the mercy of God although God’s mercy encompasses everything, and God Almighty is the one who divides His mercy upon His creation as He wills. Among His names are the Most Merciful, and Most Graceful and granting mercy is not, aMuslims daty. Finally, the research explains in detail the issue of the dgment of begging mercy For the peaceful infidel
