The concept of literature in the theory of Islamic literature and its development

Abstract

 The call to Islamic literature began in the middle of the twentieth century, and many studies were conducted around it. This research dealt with the concept of literature in the theory and development of Islamic literature. The research problem lies in the following question: What are the established principles in the concept of Islamic literature, and what are the new concepts and terms in it during the stages that its theory went through? The research has tried to trace the concept of Islamic literature among its critics in order to clarify the problem that it faced and to provide an integrated vision for the concept of this literature by defining its foundations, basic characteristics and general frameworks, and monitoring the changes that occurred in it.
