Abstract

 The research talks about one of the old and new issues, which appear clearly during wars and the differentiation between Muslims and others, and it is the issue of visits during war, and this issue has existed since the beginning of Islam when it was differentiated Muslims are separated from others in the city, with the presence of infidels, relatives and relatives. This issue may arise at any time and place, especially in light of revolutions, including the Syrian revolution, as many people in the liberated areas have family, relatives, and friends in areas controlled by the regime, who are motivated by kinship in the interest of visiting them, it was necessary to delve into the research as much as possible.
