Establishing Zakat in Light of the Multiplicity of imams (Jurisprudential Study)

Abstract

 The research exqlains a statement of the concept of zakat and the imam in language and terminology, then it shows the rule of the ;multiplicity of imams in one era b y mentioning the sayings of the jurists and their evidence and discussing this ,evidence through showing of the opinion that prevailed for theresearchet on this issue.
