Abstract

 The research explains the concept of marriage contracts between the Syrian refugees and Syrian women inside Syria through power of attorney, and this is one of the most common ways in which marriage is carried out between refugees, where the refugee in the country of asylum authorizes one of his relatives, or acquaintances at home, to marry him to one of the Syrian women inside Syria. The completion of this marriage may be hindered by several problems created by the reality of migration, and entails jurisprudential provisions that need to be explained, so it is necessary to define the power of attorney its pillars, and its conditions in Islamic jurisprudence, and then explaining how the power of attorney is carried out to conduct the marriage contract in order to show the correct Sharia ruling of the power of Attornies and their marriage contracts, in these calamaties that have befallen Syrians after the outbreak of the blessed revolution in 2011.
