Abstract

The Islamic law is an eternal message, and this eternity requires conditions and obligations, and it does not need proof for those who believe in the Muhammadan message. As for those who do not believe in it, they only recognize material evidence and practical texts. Islamic law had already developed theories of jurisprudence in various areas of human life. Most of the legal scholars have derived their opinions from these theories to prove their validity, applicability and continuity. The reader of the Holy Qur’an who specializes in one of the cosmic sciences realizes that the basis of what he learned in his knowledge is found in this Quran, as a scientific miracle and as evidence of the eternity of Islamic law and its validity for every time and place, and with regard to my scientific field and my specialization, the Holy Qur’an stipulates the verses of debt, on which. the jurists developed their jurisprudential theories in the civil field later, and they became a legal basis and foundation in preserving the rights of people all over the world.
