Abstract

The research discusses the components of establishing Islamic banks and a study to check the possibility of achieving these components in the northwest of Syria.

First, it discusses the components related to the government, such as laws and government systems that regulate the work of banks. Then, it discusses the components related to society, such as providing trust, security, and the needs of people for these banks. Next, it discusses the recognition of these banks, building relationships, and providing material and human needs
