Principles of Economic Crisis Management in Islamic law.

Abstract

The principles mentioned by the Holy Qur’an and the purified Sunnah of the Prophet, peace be upon him, regarding crises, their management, and the causes that cause them are important principles in understanding crises and how the holy law deals with them. Its mention in the Holy Qur’an indicates its greatness and importance and the significance of what it indicates and the rules it contains. The research studies the texts of the Holy Qur’an and the purified Sunnah of the Prophet that spoke about economic crises and their management. The first requirement shows the texts of the Holy Qur’an that spoke about economic crises in the time of Shuaib and Joseph, peace be upon them, and after that the crisis of usury and extravagance. Then the second requirement studies the texts of the purified Sunnah of the Prophet that referred to economic principles. bushelling, weighing and the importance of effectiveness and productivity in the most difficult circumstances, then the importance of cooperation in breaking up crises, then warning against going too far with credit.
