Abstract

This research addressed the impact of the appropriate quality purchasing policy on the purchasing decision in the mineral oil trading sector in northwestern Syria. The opinions of mineral oil trading companies operating in northwestern Syria were surveyed, with the research community reaching 30 companies.

This research aimed to identify the appropriate quality purchasing policy, its positive and negative points, and its impact on the purchasing decision in mineral oil trading companies, how to know the best way to implement it in northwestern Syria.

One of the most important results reached by the research is the impact of the appropriate quality purchasing policy on the purchasing decision in the mineral oil trading sector in northwestern Syria
