The Impact of Social Capital on Organizational Immunity at Idlib University

Abstract

The research aimed to examine the impact of social capital on organizational resilience at Idlib University, as social capital is a key factor in enhancing the ability of academic institutions to adapt to challenges. The analysis addressed three dimensions: structural, relational, and cognitive, and their impact on university stability and academic management. The research adopted a descriptive approach, and the study tool was a questionnaire. The sample included 165 faculty members. The results showed high levels of both social capital and organizational resilience, with social capital having a good impact of social capital as a precious resource   which contribute on enhancing the university's organizational Immunity
