Abstract

The research dealt with the definition of the Muslim spy, and the types of espionage, according to multiple considerations, and then the statement of the jurisprudential legal ruling of the Muslim spy, after reviewing the statements of jurists in his ruling, and discussing their evidence and weighting according to its rules. In this research, the researcher followed the deductive approach, by relying on jurisprudential rooting to reach judgment, in accordance with the rules of jurisprudence and the doctrines followed and the download and application of the judgment in a way that suits reality. And relying on the comparative approach when mentioning jurisprudential sayings in the sources of disagreement, and discussing evidence, to reach the most correct ones. And relying on the inductive approach in explaining the types of espionage according to the multiple considerations mentioned in the research
