The contemporary rationality in the reality of the Syrian revolution (Applied Study)

Abstract

Theis research has dealt with the definition of rationality, its jurisprudential adaptation, then the statement of the jurisprudential origin of the consideration of the sane, and what is the contreler in it, then weighting after discussion, and the statement of contemporary rationality in the reality of the Syrian revolution, through an applied study. In this research, the researcher followed the deductive approach, relying on jurisprudential rooting to reach judgment in accordance with the rules of jurisprudence and the doctrines followed and the download and application of the judgment in a way that suits reality. And relying on the comparative approach when mentioning jurisprudential sayings in the sources of disagreement and discussing evidence to reach the most correct ones
