Jihad between law maker's intentions and the intentions of the commissioned person (Mujahid)

Abstract

 Jihad for insight achieves the desired outcome of the Islamic nation by opening the doors of the call to Allah, and preventing injustice upon people, and restoring the rights to their owners, so the servant in charge of jihad has to know Allah's intentions of enforcing of jihad, and his intention is in conformity with Blessed and Exalted Allah's purpose. Allah's purpose of jihad is to deny polytheism and disbelief, or to give tribute by hand while they are submissive So the Mujahid's duty is to intend the same intention as Allah's intention of jihad of the disbelievers for their disbelief, and prevent injustice because polytheism is a great injustice. Moreover, the intention of the Mujahid - which is his intention - must be that Allah's word has to be supreme, because Islam is superior to and nothing is superior to  it, Allah means by enforcing jihad the negation of disbelief, and that the whole religion is for Allah's sake.And matching the intention of the Mujahid with the purpose of Allah is the thing that achieves the nation’s dignity, victory and empowerment.
