The effect of organizational learning on the quality of educational service (Afield study on Al-Shamal Private University)

The research aims to identify the impact of organizational learning at Al-Shamal Private University in the quality of educational service, in addition to making recommendations that help the university under study to improve the quality of educational service in it, through research and analysis of the impact of organizational learning at its levels (individual learning, group learning, learning at the organization level) in improving the quality of the educational service in its dimensions (scientific curriculum, faculty members, administrative system, material facilities) in it.
The research reached the following results:
1- There is a direct statistically significant correlation between organizational learning at its levels and the quality of educational service.
2- The university is interested in applying organizational learning to a moderate degree that may rise to improving the quality of the educational service provided there.
3- The most influential level of organizational learning in improving the quality of educational service is collective learning, which includes (work teams, brainstorming teams, and enthusiasm groups) and sharing knowledge and experiences among faculty members in comparison to individual learning.
