Poetic expression is a creative artistic form compelled upon the poet to articulate a psychological moment of emotion, an existential state, and a specific aesthetic stance. It conveys all these elements in a harmonious and unified manner. The innovative poet, in doing so, does not present his artistic scenes exactly as they appear in nature or reality. Instead, they often weave them into a new web of relationships, This turns the aesthetic expression into a depiction of self and aesthetic consciousness at a particular stage of its development, relying on both documentation and imagination. Though poets share the wealth of reality since their tools are similar, they differ in their imagination. Imagination is what grants a text its distinctive uniqueness, which is rooted in the variations of the emotional moments that define the course of imagination in complete harmony with the poet’s psychological stance, emotional state, aesthetic position, and their desire to evoke the audience’s emotions, drawing them into the poet’s emotional realm. The beautiful gardens served as a remarkable example and fertile field to elucidate this matter. The pre-Islamic poet would select aspects from reality that suited their aesthetic stance and emotional state, then draw inspiration from their imagination, innovate, compose, gather, and organize. Meanwhile, they harmoniously intertwine the documentary reality with imagination into an integrated painting for expression and influence.
