The Impact of Strategic Intelligence on the Quality of Educational Service A Field Study on Workers in Private Universities in Northwest Syria

The research aims to study the impact of Strategic Intelligence, with its dimensions (foresight, future vision, systems thinking, intuition, motivation, creativity, and partnership), on the quality of educational services in private universities in northwestern Syria. The study sample consisted of 28 faculty members holding administrative positions. The researcher adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, using a questionnaire for data collection and SPSS software for data analysis.
The results indicated a positive and significant impact of strategic intelligence on the quality of educational services. Additionally, there was a significant positive correlation between motivation and service quality, with the coefficient of determination showing that motivation explains 22% of the variations in educational service quality. The dimensions of foresight, motivation, and creativity had a significant impact on service quality, while future vision, intuition, partnership, and systems thinking did not show a significant effect.
The study recommended improving aspects of strategic intelligence in private universities, with a focus on enhancing motivation, foresight, and creativity, as well as developing educational and organizational strategies.
